EXTENSION AGREEDII:N'i'
THIS AGREE~+lENT, made the 29th. of November 1979 ,between
the SUN BAVK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a F1oi-ida Banking Corporation,
party of the first part, and C.Thomas Callaway and Laura A. Callaway
Parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated November 29, 1978 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN RANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party
of the first part, on order the sum of Eighteen Thousand Six
