It being expressly understood and agreed ghat the said Mortgage
shall•rema:.n in full force and effect in rill respects as if the said
payments h~1<d originally been paid as provi.cied for in the original
note, and that nothing herein. shall effect- or impair any rights
and powers which tl~e said party of the fi~•st part may have thereunder
for the recovery of the said Mortgage Debt with interest in the case
of non-ful`illrient of this agreement.
AND the parties of the second part hereby covenant that they will
pay the paymments as herein provided and tl~e interest thereof at the
time speciFied; that they will perform anti observe all the covenants,
agreements, stipulations and conditions on the part of the mortgagor
in said mortgage contained in all respects as if the said payments had
been made according to the terms of the mortgage.
IN aITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have set their hands and
