SATISFACTION OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That LEVERETT S. i
SHAW, LOUIS C. FORGET, EUGENE FULWOOD, PERCY R. DYNE, III,
CHESTER 8. GRIFFIN and JOSEPH H. NOEL1CS,the owners and
holders of a certain mortgage deed executed by GERALD S.
JAMES to LEVERETP S. SHAW, LOUIS C. FORGET, EUGENE FULWOOD
and PERCY R. PYNE, III, as to an undivided 558 interest,
CHESTER B. GRIFFIN as to an undivided 258 interest, and
JOSEPH H. NOELRE, as to an undivided 208 interest, bearing j
date the September 14, 1975, recorded in Official Record ~
Book 257, page 1361, in the office of the Clerk of the Cir- ~
cuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, securing that cer-
tain note in the principal sum of Forty-one Thousand Seven
Hundred Eighty-three and 40/100 Dollars ($41,783.40), and
certain praxises and obligations set forth in said mortgage
deed, upon the property situate in said State and County
described as follows, to wit:
THE LANDS THEREIN DESCRIBED
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said
note and mortgage deed, and surrender the same as cancelled,
and hereby direct the Clerk of the said Circuit Court to
cancel the same of record.
