FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT COMPANY •
hereinafter called Company.
W I T N E S S E T H:
WIiEREAS, the Company presently has an interest in certain
lands that have been determined necessary for highway purposes;

o a ~ `n purposes will require subordination of the interest claimed in
~ a ~ such lands by Company to the Department; and

~ ~ ~ Zo Company's facilities relocated if necessary to prevent conflict

w ~ between the facilities so that the benefits, of each may be

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
and p:~armises of the parties hereto, Company and Department agree

lands described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made apart
hereof, to the interest of the Department, its successors, or

assigns, for the purpose of constructing, improving, maintaining
~ and operating a road over, through, upon, and/or across such lands,
