6. In the event said lands are abandoned by the Department
and cease to be used for highway construction and tnaintenlnce
purposes, then in such event this Subordination Agreement shall
termi~late in and to such p~artion abandoned and no longer used
for highway purposes, and the Company's easement identified herein
shall thereafter be of the same status with reference to such
abandoned portion as if this Subordination Agreement had never Been
made.
