6. In the .event slid lands are abandoned by the Department
and cease to be used for high~aay.construction and maintenance
purposes, then~in such event this Subordination 1greement :,hall
ter,niiiate in and to such portion abandoned and no longer used
for highway purposes, and the Company's easement identified herein
shall thereafter be of the same status with reference to such
abandoned portion as if this Subordination Agreement had never been
made.
