6. In the event said lands are abandoned by the Department ~ ,
and cease to be used for highway construction and maintenance
.purposes, then in such event this Subordination Agreement shall
termi~late in and to such portion abandoned and no longer used
for highway purposes, and the Company's easement identified herein
shall thereafter be of the same status-with reference to such
abandoned portion as if this Subordination Agreement had never teen
made.
