6. In the ovent said lands are abandoned by the Uepat•tmen~
and cease to be used for highway construction and maintenance
purposes, then in such event this Subordination Agreement shall
terminate in and to such portion abandoned and no longer used
:or highway purposes, and the Company's easement identified herein
5ha11 thereafter be of the same status with reference to such
abandoned portion as if this Subordination Agreement had never been
made.
