ORDER SETTING ASIDE DEFAULT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 20th day of November, 1979,
upon a Motion filed by the Husband to Set Aside a Default entered by
the Clerk herein, and the Court, after hearing arguments of counsel
and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion be and the same is hereby
granted, and the Wife- is further ordered to file an AnSwer~ within
five (5) days of the date of this Order.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers, St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce,
