LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA. ----------------------------------x IN RE: The Marriage of CASE N0. 78-239 FR GLORIA JEAN MURPHY, Wife, and ALFONSO MURPHY, Husband. ---x FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 21st day of November, 1979, and the Wife having appeared with counsel and a default having been entered against the Husband for failing to file or serve an answer or other pleading. And the Court having given full consideration to .•all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relations of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; the equities are with the Wife and against the Husband, and the Wife is entitled to dissolution of marriage. It is thereupon ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Wife, GLORIA JEAN MURPHY, and the Husband, ALFONSO MURPHY, be and the same I is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them are hereby - ~ forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between E them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 6 2. CUSTODY. Custody of MICHAEL EUGENE MURPHY, minor child of the Husband and Wife, is hereby awarded to the Wife with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband. 3. PROPERTY. There is no real or personal property to be divided between the parties. 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, ~ is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be proper; and the Court further reserves jurisdiction for the purposes of support, attorney's fees and costs.
