FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 21st day of November,
1979, and .the Husband having appeared with counsel and a default having
been entered against the Wife for failing to file or serve an answer
or other pleading. And the Court having given-full consideration to
all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relations of
Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; the equities are with
the Husband and against the Wife, and the Husband is entitled to
dissolution of marriage. It is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGID as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Husband,
TRUMAN ANDERSON; and the Wife, ALBERTA COLLINS ANDERSON, be and the

same is hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of.TANGELA ANDERSON and CASANDRA ANDERSON,
minor children of the Husband and Wife, is hereby awarded to the Husband
~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Wife.
3. PROPERTY.•.There is no real or personal property to be divided
between the Husband and Wife.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
