ESCARRA husband FINAL JUDGEMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the ~ day of 1979 and tttie Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between tiie parties; 'and that' the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should ~be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between GENEVALEE ESCARRA and RICARDO J. ESCARRA, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are i~ereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between ti~em and from tl~e obligations aris- ing therefrom. 2. CL`STODY: Custody of RICARDO J. ESCARRA, JR., minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded RICARDO J. ESCARRA, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to GENEVALEE ESCARRA. 3. PROPERTY: It is i~ereby ordered tiia[ Petitioner, GENEVALEE ESCARRA be awarded the 1973 AMC Gremlin automobile and that Respondent RICARDO J. ESCARRA sign over his half ownership interest in said automobile to Petitioner. 4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of ti~is Cause, and tl~e parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
