THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 20th day of November, 1979,
upon the Husband's Motion to Amend the Petition for Dissolution of
Marriage, and the Wife's Motion to Dismiss the Amended Petition, and
the Caurt after hearing arguments of counsel and being otherwise advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGES as follows:
1. That the Motion to Dismiss be and the same is hereby denied;
2. That the Motion to Amend the Petition be and the seae is
hereby granted;
3. That the Wife shall have twenty (20) days in which to file
an Answer to the Amended Petition, and it is
FURTHER ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment in
Case No. 77-202 FR styled: Department of Health And Rehabilitative

Services of the S+.,ate of Florida ~ Assignee and Subrogee of the
Rights of Vera Beauford, Petitioner, vs. James Murray Beauford,
~ Respondent, a copy of which is attached to this Order, is hereby
incorporated herein as is fully set forth in the allegation in the
Amended Petition pertaining to the child born of this marriage,
namely, James Beauford, Jr.
