ORDER ON TEI~ORARY ALIMONY
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard on the Wife's Motion
for Temporary Alimony and the Court having taken testimony of the
parties, considered the file, and being otherwise fully and well advised,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that commencing on the 1st day~of
December, 1979, the Husband, ROBERT CHARLES PADCETT, shall pay to the
Wife, LYNN SIMONDS PADGETT, the sum of $175.00 per month each and
every month on the first day of each succeeding month.- Said sum shall
continue until such time as this Court modifies this Order.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit Court
and by him remitted prom~+tly to the Wife, LYNN SIMONDS PADGETT. In
addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2,00 as statutory casts
to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashiers check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and
residence addresses at alI times while this Order is in effect.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
on this day of November, 1979.
