• PARTIAL RELEASE OF LIEN
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that St. Lucie County, a political
subdivision of the State of Florida, the owner and holder of a lien claimed
for its benefit by Elton Schwarz, Public Defender, against WILLIAM MOORE, dated
August 16, 1977, in the amount of x25.00 which lien was recorded at Official
Record Book 272, Page 2511 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
does remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate, and discharge from the lien, opera-
tion and effect of the aforesaid claim of lien, on the following described real
property, if said claim of lien can be construed to apply or affect to such real
property, to wit:
Lots 10 and 11, Block 58, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION TWENTY-FIVE,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 13, Pages
32 and 32A through 32I of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
AND the undersigned claimant, for and on behalf of its heirs, suc-
cessors, administrators and assigns, hereby covenants that the above described
property be and is hereby freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the claim
of lien of the above referenced claim, and every part and parcel thereof, provided,
however, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish
the terms and effect of that certain claim of line claimed for the benefit of
the undersi ned a ainst WILLIAM MOORE, with res ect to an ro ert or ro ert

rights of the aforesaid WILLIAM MOORE not hereby released.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned claimant has hereunto set its hand
