for value received, the undersigned, jointly and severally, promise to pay to the order
of AMERICAN BANK OF MARTIN COUNTY at its banking house in Martin County, Florida, in lawful
money of the United States of America, the sum of Sixty Four Z1-~ousand Ziao Hundred

Payable in 60 consecutive monthly installments of ~ 1,070.62 each, beginning
on the 26tH-day of November 19 79 and continuing on the same day
of each succeeding month thereafter until pa
d in full,
together with all costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees paid or incurred
for the collection of this note or any part thereof, whether suit be brought or not. Should
any payment not be paid within ten days after the same shall have become due and payable, the
entire unpaid balance, at the option of the holder, shall become due and payable and shall
bear interest at the highest legal rate until paid. In the event of acceleration or prepay-
ment, the unearned portion of the finance charge or interest of this note shall~be computed
_ according to the sum-of-the-digits method and refunded to the makers.
Presentment and demand for payment, notice of dishonor and protest are waived by each
maker and endorser of this note. Each married woman who is a party to this note hereby agrees
that her separate property shall be responsible for payment hereof and shall be subject to
levy and execution.
