POWER OF ATTORNEY '
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That We, ALBERT C. LEADER and
JILL E. LEADER, his wife, of the Township of $loomfield, County of
Oakland, and State of Michigan, do hereby appoint ROBERT W. APPLEFORD of
Birmingham, Michigan, our attorney for us and in our names to make,
execute and deliver purchase agreements, land contracts, deeds and other
documents in connection with the sale by ourselves and the other owners
as tenants-in-common, of the real estate in Florida described as:
County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida, to-wit:
Lots 11 and 12, Block 1330, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION
11, a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 51 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
and also:
County of Indian River, and State of Florida, to-wit: .
Lot 4, Block 42, of SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS UNIT 2R2, a
Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 6, Page 88, of the Public Records of
Indian River County, Florida;
and in general do all acts and things which he may consider useful or
necessary in connection with the sale of said real estate.
Giving and granting unto our said attorney full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully
to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally present,
with full power of substitution or revocation, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that our said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be
