The Petition of DORIS O'SULLIVAN for the appointment of a guardian of
her property caning on this day to be heard; and it appearing to the Court that
said person is incapable of the care, custody, and mariagernent of her estate by
reason of age or physical infirmity and that it is necessary for a guardian.to
be appointed; and the Court having jurisdiction and being fully advised; it is
ADJUDGED that RONALD PAUL WHITLEY, ESQUIRE is hereby appointed as -
guardian of the property of DORIS O'SULLIVAN, a physically incapacitated person.
ADJUDGED FURTHER that said RONALD PAUL WHITLEY, ESQUIRE, is required
