SEPARATION AND PROPERTY
and

THIS AGREEMENT, made this ~S day of ~1C ,
1977 between HELEN M. CONWAY, hereinafter called the wife, ~
and LEONARD D. CONWAY, hereinafter called the husband.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the parties were married to each other on

May 22, 1948 and there were two children born of the marriage,
both of whom are adults; and

WHEREAS, in consequence of the disputes and irre-
concilable differences the parties have ceased to cohabit
as husband and wife and in view of their intention to c~qn-

tinue to live separate and apart for the rest of their natur-
al lives, and in view of their desire to settle their respec-
tive property rights and to agree upon the issues of their
marriage and other rights and obligations growing out of
the marriage relationship; and
k'HEREAS, both parties fully understand all of the
provisions of this agreec~ent and believe them to be fair,
just, adequate., reasonable and consonant for the best anter-
est of themselves, and accordingly accept such provisions

~ voluntarily and freely;

tvOt,', THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises
and of the mutual promises, covenants and undertakings set
forth herein, it is agreed bete.*een the parties as follows:
1. Effective date. This agreement shall becore
binding upon the parties hereto as of the date it is signed
by the husband and wife.
