unmarried. Neither shall molest the other or compel or en-
deavor to compel the other to cohabit with him or her.
4. Voluntary execution. The provisions of this
agreement and its legal effect have been fully explained to
the parties by their respective counsel and each party acknow-
ledges that this agreement is fair and equitable and that it
is being entered into voluntarily and that it is not the re-
suit of any duress or undue influence.
S. Release of the parties. On the effective date
of this agreement, the parties shall and do mutually remise,
release and forever discharge each other from any and all
actions, suits, claims, demands or obligations whatsoever,
in law or in equity, which either of~ them had, now has or
may hereafter have against the other upon or by reason of
any manner, cause or thing existing up to the effective
date of this agreement, it being the intention of the parties -
that after the effective date of this agreement there shall
be between them only such rights and obligations as are
specifically provided for herein.
6. Waterglades Condominium. The parties 3ointly~
~ own condominium unit 3B, Tower 100, Waterglades Condominium,

more particularly described as follows:

maintenance charge upon such condominium unit due July 1,
1977 and August 1, 1977, at which time the h usband's obli-
gation to pay the mortgage payr;ents and maintenance charges
shall terminate. Thereafter the wife shall be responsible
to pay the mortgage and maintenance charge upon such condo-
binium unit promptly as they becor.:e due.
At the time that the husband executes and delivers
