and deliver to the husband a promissory note in usual form
in the amount of $20,000.00, secured by a second mortgage
upon the condominium unit described above. The note shall
bear no interest and shall be due and payable upon the Bale,
transfer or other conveyance of the condominium unit des-
cribed above, or on September 1, 1979, whichever occurs
first. In the event that the note and mortgage are not
satisfied by September 1, 1979, then in that event, the
note shall bear interest at the rate of lOX per annum until
satisfied.
7. Oceana Ocean Front Condominium One, Apartment
908. The parties jointly own Oceana Ocean Front Condominium
One, Apartment 908, more particularly described as follows:

The husband shall be responsible to pay the mort-
gage payments upon such condominium unit as they become due.
8. Alimony. The wife agrees to and does hereby
waive any and all claim which she might have to aliaony of

9. The husband agrees to:
A. Pay to the wife the sum of $1,500.00 upon the
~ execution of this agreement.
B. Pay the wife's telephone bill (844-6111) until
August 26, 1977, excluding long distance calls.
