C. Pay the electric bill upon the Waterglades
condominium apartment until August 29, 1977,
at which time the husb and's obligation to pay
such electric bill shall terminate.
D. Pay the cable TV until September 1, 1977,
at which time the husband's obligation to pay
such cable TV shall terminate.
E. Pay the wife's automobile insurance pre-
- miums on her 1977 Mercury automobile for the
period May 8, 1977 to May 8, 1978, at which
time the husband's obligation to pay such
automobile insurance, premiums on the wife's
automobile shall terminate.
F. Continue to carry and pay group medical
insurance, with the wife included, for as long
as the husband is employed at Oceana project
and covered by their group insurance contract,
at which tine the husband's obligation to pay
such medical insurance for the wife shall

10. Subsequent dissolution of marriage. Nothing
contained in this agreement shall be construed to prevent
~ either party from obtaining a dissolution of marriage in
any court of competent-jurisdiction.
A. In any action for dissolution of marriage,
neither of the parties, provided that neither is
in default under this agreement, shall make claim
for alimony, either temporary or permanent, for
suit money, either temporary or permanent, or
for attorney's fees, or for other relief incon-
5 sistent with the terms of this agreement, ex-
cept according to the terms and conditions of

B. This agreement may be offered in evidence ~
