Each party fully understands the facts and ~ each is signing this agreement freely and volun- i tartly, intending to be bound by it. B. Each has made a full disclosure to the other 4 of his or her current financial condition an d needs. C. Each understands and agrees that this agree- went constitutes the entire contract of the part- - ies. It supersedes any prior understandings or agreements between them upon the subjects covered in this agreement. There are no representations or warranties other than set forth in it. 12. Execution of further documents. Except as otherwise provided for in this agreement, each of the par- ties hereto hereby agrees that upon the date of the execu- tion of this agreement and promptly upon demand of the other party at any time thereafter, he or she will make, execute, acknowledge and deliver all such needs, transfers, assign- ments or further instruments, and will do or cause to be done all such acts and things as reasonably shall be required by either of them to effectuate the intentions of this agreement and to assure to each of them, to their res- pective successors, transferees and assigns, all and singu- lar, that the property described and referred to, are here- by intended to be conveyed, assigned, set over, transferred, or to belong to each of them, to confirm and assure title, possession and right thereto according to the purpose and intent of this agreement as expressed. 13. Attorney's fees and suit honey. The wife waives any claim she might have for attorney's fees or ~ suit coney in any dissolution of marriage action that nay ensue between the parties. ~ f ~O 14.
