This cause came on to be heard and upon the evidence
presented, it is
- ORDERED AtiD ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the bonds of matrimony now existing between
the parties be and the same are hereby dissolved beczuse the
marriage is irretrievably broken.
2, That the separation and property settle.:.ent
agreement, attached hereto as exhibit 1, was executed volun-
tary after full disclosure and is for the best interest of
~ the parties and is approred and incorporated by reference in
this judgment and the parties are ordered to comply with it.
3. That the court retains jurisdiction of this
I~ cause and the parties hereto for the purpose of entering
~ such further orders as nay be necessar}-.
