FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard before the Court
without the intervention of a jury and the Court finding the
Defendant, ALBERT W. GORE, is indebted to the Plaintiff, SUN
BANK OF ST. LUCIF. COUNTY, in the amount of $5,000.00 on a
promissory note, with interest in the amount of rJ~-J. ~ Z-
together with attorney fees of $1,500.00 and costs of $34.50;
therefore, it is
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, SUN BANK OF ST.
LUCIE COUNTY, do hereby recover- from said Defendant, ALBERT F1.
