KI~OjJ ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, A municipal corporation under the laws of the State of .
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey
and grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA for the use and
benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY-the privilege
and easement to construct an electric distribution line over and
across the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit: `
A 10 foot wide utility easement. "
The South 10 feet of the following described property:
Begin at the Point of Intersection of the West line of the .East ~
of the SW~ of the SW's of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 39 East,
St. Lucie County, Florida, with the southerly right of way line of
Okeechobee Road (S.R. #70); thence run N70°04'03"E, along said right
of way line 175.00 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue
N70o04'03"E, along the said right of. way line, i24.y5 feet; thence run
SOO°06'18"E, 21.26 feet, to a point on the southerly right of way line
of Okeechobee Road (S.R. #70)as expanded; thence run N70°04'03"E, along
said right of way line, 26.34 feet, to the West line of a 20 foot ease-
men~ thence run S03°31'09"E, along the said West line of easement, 199.60
feet; thence run S70°04'03"W, parallel to the southerly right of way
line of Okeechobee Road (S.R. #70), 163.88 feet; thence run NOO°06'51"W,
parallel to the said West line of the East's of the SW~•of the SW~ of
