Book 152, Pag^ 217, St. Lucie County, Florida. This easement shall be for a minimum term of five (S) years; thereafter, the undersigned may request Fort Pierce utilities Authority to remove or re- locate the service line from said easement upon giving said Authority~forty- f ive (45) days notice to remove or relocate and upon paying to said Authority the cost of removal or relocation of said service.
