' KNO:~ ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That the undersigned, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by
the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, A municipal corporation under the laws of the State of
Florida, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey i
and grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA for the use and
benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY the privilege
and easement to construct an electric distribution line over and
across the following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida,
to wit:
A 10 foot wide easement area.
The Fast 10 feet of the k'est 473 feet of the South 335 feQt
any? the Vorth 10 feet of the South 372 feet of the East 233 feet
of the Titleat 78~ f2et of the follo:~izg describe? property.
That part of Lots 12 & 13 of Ben Hocq's Su'odivision in Section
2E, Township 34 South, Range 40 East. as recorded in Plat Book 1,
Page lg an3 lying West of an 80 foot Count~~ Right-of-Way known as
Taylor Creek Outfall as described in O.R. Book 152, Pag^ 217, St.
Lucie County, Florida.
This easement shall be for a minimum term of five (S) years; thereafter,
the undersigned may request Fort Pierce utilities Authority to remove or re-
locate the service line from said easement upon giving said Authority~forty-
f ive (45) days notice to remove or relocate and upon paying to said Authority
the cost of removal or relocation of said service. In the event the service
line is to be relocated upon the undersigned's property, then the. undersigned
shall provide the Authority with an appropriate easement for said relocation.

and to -place such poles and attachments thereto, aa~o~'F~i~B -on,~
said land as may be necessary in the construction of said line, _
including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of said line all
trees and limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to t
go upon said land from tir.~e to time as may be necessary to con-
struct, maintain and repair said line. No perm'~r ent structures
shall be placed or installed on said easement.

f The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own $
the said land and have the right to grant this easement.
