ORDER
This cause coming on to be heard on the Application
for Distribution of defendant, Tropicana Products, Inc•., a Florida
corporation, owner of Parcels 103 and .702 for payment of the sum
of Fifty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty and No/100 Dollars
t
($54,740.00) pursuant to the Declaration of Taking heretofore filed
in these proceedings, and it appearing to the Court that due and
proper Order of Taking has been entered and that monies acquired by f

said Order have been deposited with the Clerk of the Circuit Court,
i

and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon, upon consideration, ~
ORDERED AND .ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court

of St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby directed to pay unto the
defendant, Tropicana Products, Inc., a Florida corporation, the sum f
of Fifty Four Thousand Seven Hundred Forty and No/100 Dollars
($54,740.00), pursuant to the application filed by said defendant,

€ which said payment shall be on account on the full and just compensation
to be awarded in these proceedings.
ONE AND ORDERED in chambers at St. Lucie County, Florida,
