THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing, upon the sworn ~
petition of LUIS FERNANDO FERNANDEZ and CANDIDA FERNANDEZ
fora Final Judgment changing their names to LEWIS F. NELLIGAN
and CANDIDA F. NELLIG:~N, and it appearing to the Court that
said petitioners are actual bona fide residents of Dade County,
Florida, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon, upon consideration thereof,
CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court -
that said Petition be, and the same is hereby granted, and
that the name of LUIS FERNANDO FERNANDEZ be and the same is _
hereby changed to LEWIS F. NELLIGAN and that the name of
CANDIDA FERNANDEZ be and the same is hereby changed .to
CANDIDA F. NELLIGAN, by which names the said petitioners
shall ever hereafter be known.
