In the event said premises are sold by Mortgagee, Mottgs~or, if a sinner of the Promissory Note, shall be liable for any deCtclency remaining after sale of the
premises, and application of the proceeds of sand ale to the rndebtedness secured and to the expenses of conducting said sale, including attorney's fees and legal
expenses if allowed by law.

deemed to impose on the Mortgagor any obligation of payment, except to the extent that the same may be legally enforceable, and any provision to the
contrary shall be of no force or effect.
