being duly sworn did depose and say:

of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
which property is situate located contiguous with and next to ~

that on or about ~iay 30, 1973, the date of the referenced conveyance, ~
the property that made up said conveyance was a vacant and unimproved =
lot, that no one lived on said lot, and that Jewel H. Olin did not
live on.a lot contiguous therewith.
