Dismiss the Petition filed herein, and the Court having heard
arguments of counsel for the Respondent and Petitioner, and
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Respondent's Motion to Dismiss is denied.
2. This cause is continued until the Petitioner serves
upon the Respondent or his attorney responses to Interrogatories
directed to the Petitioner.
E 3. The State of Florida is hereby ordered to serve upon
the Respondent a copy of the laws of Virginia relating to Uniform
Reciprocal Enforcement of Support.
