This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
DALE EARL CHARLES, born May 25, 1969,
minor child, the sum of S 80.00 per month plus and additional 0 $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
first day of January 19 8 0 ,and thereafter on first
of each and every month that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
I' Florida and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Clerk of Superior CouXt,

Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, North Carolina. (Identify with case

title and their number 76 CVD 2746 U).

The increase in support hereinabove outlined shall be conditioned upon
¢ Respondent being permitted reasonable visitation with the minor child.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
