This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
AMY PHILLIPS, born 9/23/66; KENNETH PHILLIPS, born 7/31/68;
and BETTY PHILLIPS, born 2/24/70
PLUS AN ADDITIONAL $20.00 PER MONTH ON ARREARS OF $478.00 AS OF 11/26/79
minor children, the sum of $ 120.00 per month/ plus and additional ~~0(k $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
last Friday of December 19 79 ,and thereafter on last Friday
of each and every month that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
Ij or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
~ P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Floridaland the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301 for trans-
mittal to the State of Michigan as long as the case is certified as a
Title IV-D case. Tf-the Clerk receives not ication y e epar ent
of Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D

That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
