This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
GREGORY MUSGROVE, born 7/23/68 -
minor childil614, the sum of S 15.00 per week plus and additional ~t)c$2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
7th day of December 19 79 ,and thereafter on Friday
of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check

~ or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, -
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement
j Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for trans-
mittal to the State of New York as long as the case is certified as a

Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is no longer a IV-D case,

Unit, Goshen, New York.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
