O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard this ~i~ day of
November, 1979 upon the Respondent's oral motion to stay the
Order of Contempt herein and the Court being fully advised in
the premises, and having considered the Stipulation filed
herein, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

_ 1. The Order of Contempt dated September 20, 1979

j shall be stayed as of November 19, 1979, the date given the
Respondent to purge himself by paying arrears in the amount of
r
$1,500.
2. The Respondent shall be permitted to make the
payments of $50 per month to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
St. Lucie County, Florida, P. O. Box 700, Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450
beginning Tuesday, November 19, 1979 and on the 19th day of each
month thereafter until the full amount of $1,500 arrears has been
y paid. In addition there is hereby assessed an additional $2.00
per payment as the Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support

payments, and said payments are to be disbursed by the Clerk in the
manner set forth in the original Order of this Court entered April

18, 1979.
