3. Commencing Friday, November 2, 1979 and on
Friday of each week thereafter the Respondent shall pay the sum
of $75 per week as child support, pursuant to the Order dated
April 18, 1979. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, P. O. Box 700, Ft.
Pierce, Florida 33450. In addition there is hereby assessed the
sum of $2.00 per payment as the Clerk's fee for receiving and dis-
bursing such support payments. Such support payments are to be
disbursed by the Clerk in the manner as set forth in the original
Order entered by this Court dated April 18, 1979. '
4. Upon the Respondent's failure to make any of the
required payments as hereinabove set forth, on affidavit from the

with the terms of this Order, within a period of three days from the
due date of any payment, this Court will thereupon enter an Order
of Commitment ordering the arrest and confinement of the Respondent

in the St. Lucie County Jail, Ft. Pierce, Florida for a period of
sixty days, provided however, the Respondent may purge himself by
paying any arrearage after his incarceration.
