tion existing under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the first part,
in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
considerations in lawful money of the United States to it in hand paid by
SOUTHEASTERN HOME MORTGAGE COMPANY A Corporation existing
under the laws of the State of Florida party of the second part, at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, and granted, bargained, sold, assigned, transferred and set over,
and by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set
aver unto the said party of the second part a certain indenture of mortgage

recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 18, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money
due and to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon,
This assignment is made without recourse to the Assignor in any event and for
any cause whatsoever.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE same unto the said party of the second part, its suc=
censors and assigns forever, the said party of the first part has caused these
presents to be signed in its name by its President ahd its corporate seal
to be affixed, attested by its Secretary this 19th day of November 19 79
