WHEREAS, HOLIDAY PINES, a Florida General Partnership ,mortgagor ,
_ by Indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 28th day of December , A.D. 1978 ,
and recorded in the office of the Uerk of the Circuit Court in and for the CouNy of St. Lucie ,
State of Florida, in Offidal Records Book 301 ,page 2006 ,mortgaged unto
GENERAL ELECTRIC CREDIT CORPORATION, a New York Corporation and auigns,
mortgagee ,the premises therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the sum of
TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN THOUSAND AND NO/100----------------- Dollars,
with interest as therein mentioned: TOGETHER WITH Assignment of Rents given by Holiday Pines,
a Florida General Partnership, to General Electric Credit Corporation, dated Decembe 28,
1978, in O. R. Book 301, page 2017, and Financing Statement dated December 28, 1978
in 0. R. Book 301; page 2022, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
AND WHEREAS, the said Holiday Pines, a Florida General Partnership has
requested the said General Electric Credit Corporation to release the premises
hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage:

NOW THERffORE; KNOW YE, That the said General Electric Credit Corporation
as well in consideration of the premises as. of the sum of

Lot 200, Phase IIA, HOLIDAY PINES, according to the
.plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 20, pages 7
and 7A, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
