lying South of Stag Road 70 in St. Lucie County, Florida, said part which
lies within 70 feet Southerly of the Centerline of Construction for State
Road 70, a portion of said Centerline being more particularly described as
follows:

thence Northeasterly and Easterly along said curve having a radius of 5729.58 feet,

a distance of 2694.18 feet to a point on a curve concave Northwesterly; thence East-

N 72°03'54" E a distance of 977.29 feet to a point on a curve concave Northwesterly;
thence Easterly and Northeasterly along said curve having a radius of 7639.44 feet,
a central angle of 04°28'47", an arc distance of 597.30 feet; thence N 67°35'07" E
