Said part extending no more than 35 feet Southerly beyond the New Right of
Way line for State Road~70 between Station 33+00 and Canal No. 81, as located
in Parcel 101.
Containing 0.427 of an Acre, more or less.
All as shown on the Right-of-Way Map for Section 94030-2513, State Road 70,
St. Lucie County.
For the purpose of constructing a temporary detour for the traveling
public during the construction of said State Road, not to exceed a period
of three years.
