of St. Lucie County, Florida, said part which lies within 134 feet Southerly of
the Centerline of Construction for State Road 70; a'portion of said Centerline
being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 6, Township 36 South, Range 39

distance of 1593.04 feet to the beginning of a portion of the Centerline
of Construction for State Road 70; thence N 72°03'54" E a distance of 977.29
feet to a point on a curve concave Northwesterly; thence Easterly and '
Northeasterly along said curve having a radius of 7639.44 feet, a central
angle of 04°24'47", an arc distance of 597.30 feet; thence N 67°35'07" E a
distance of 690.53 feet to a point on a curve concave torthwesterly; thence
