JUDGMENT CHANGING NAME
THIS CAUSE having come on before me upon the sworn
petition of MARY JO STACEY for a Judgment changing the name
of her son CHRISTOPHER LEE CUNNINGHAM to CHRISTOPHER LEE STACEY;
and it appearing to the Court that the petitioner and her son
are actual bonafide residents of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as followsi
1. That the petition is hereby granted.
2. That the name of CHRISTOPHER LEE CUNNINGHAM is "
