particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner-of the East Half of the
-Southeast Quarter of said Section 27; thence on an assumed
bearing of South 89°15' 56" East, along the North line of
the said East Half of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of
130.0 feet; thence South 2°04' 47" West, a distance of
1091.41 feet to the Point of Beginning thence South 89°15' _
