JOSEPH MAGGIO and MARIE MAGGIO
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage
on the following property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
All of Lot 1, and that part of Lot 2, Block 2,
of Unit 1 of FORT PIERCE SHORES, as per Plat ~
thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 9, of the
P~ihlic Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
described as follows:
Begin at a point on the front lot line of Lot 2,
run thence along said front lot line 38 feet to
the Northwest corner of Lot 2, run thence along
~ the side lot line to the Northeast corner of Lot 2,
run thence Southerly along the rear lot line 31.57
feet to a point, run thence on a straight line to
the point of beginning, the same being also des-
cribed as:
ALL of Lot. 2, except that part conveyed by North
Beach Development Company to Fort Pierce Realty
In., by Warranty Deed dated March 21, 1952 and
recorded in Deed Book 172, Page 477, Public Re-
cords of St. Lucie County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy
of your written defendes , if any., to it on EDWIt7 B . ARNOLD ,
plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P. 0. BOX 4361, Fort Pierce,
Florida, on or before December 31, 1979, and file the original with
the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney
or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against
you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
