point of beginning; from said point of beginning run East 310 feet
to the NW corner of the property deeded to Eugene Williamson and
his wife in Warranty Deed recorded in 0. R. Book 187 at page 1409
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; thence turn
and run South 93.81 feet to the SW corner of sa3.d Williamson tract;
thence turn and run East 98.9 feet to the NW corner of the land
deeded to Carlo Tutone and wife, in Warranty Deed recorded in Deed
Book 206 at page 451 of the public records of 9t. Lucie County,
Florida; thence turn and run South 165 feet to~the SW corner of
