This cause, having come on to be heard before me upon
Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Final Judgment,-and this Court
having reviewed all matters of record herein, finds and determines
that this Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject
matter of this suit, and that the Plaintiff is entitled to the
relief prayed for as a matter of law. It is, therefore, upon
consideration
ADJUDGED that Plaintiff, ALFONSO LA PORTA, recover from
Defendant, VINCE ANTONUCCI, the sum of $5,389.34, the sum of
