SECOND: The President and the Treasurer will take care of the
funds and goods of the society and will take care of the depo-
sits to banks and institutions determined by the Board of Di-
rectors, will have a complete registry of shares and will have
the obligations and functions designated by in the Estatutes.
The Secretary•of the society will write down all the minutes of
shareholders and Directors, and the sames will have~his signa-
ture together with that of the President, adn will realized all
the functions assign to him by the Board of Shareholders.-----
TWENTY THIRD: It is appointed as Attorney General for the socie-
ty Mr. JACK MELVIN DRESNER, male, of legal age, U.S. citizen, with
passport N° H530198, to represent the society in public bids,
handle the administration of the society and of all the businesses
of the society, including goods and properties, be them movables
and immovables, with general and special faculties necessary to
develop his functions, having the right to ask for payments be
.them judicial or extrajudicial and to received any kind of payments,
be them prices, terms, rents, dividends, incomes, and all other
~ amounts for goods, credits, debts, that belong to the society,

M now or in the future, having the right to cancel and release any
g obligation by means of public or private instrument.---He will
also be authorized to a) draw, accept, guarantee, er_dorse,
discount letter of credit, promissory notes and any other credit
document or title-good; to open batik accounts, to deposit, at
sight or fixed term; deposit goods and withdraw them at any time;
to open safe-deposit boxes at banks and handle them without li-
mitation, draw checks in the name of the society---b) To repre-

sent the society before judicial and governmental authorities,
of any State, Department, Province or any political subdivision

grant, substitute power of attorneys with all or partial faculties
of the ones included in the present document, releasing at any time
