KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS. that for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar and other considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, The Federal Land Bank of Columbia, the owner and holder of the security
instrument hereinafter referred toand of the note(s)thereby secured does, subject to the conditions hereinafter stated, hereby
release from the lien of that certain security instrument from James Turner Coats and Arleen E. Coats, his wife
to The Federal land Bank of Columbia, dated the 3rd day of March , 19 73 ,and
recorded in the public records of St . Lucie County. State of Florida ,
in 0. R. Book 211 . at page 2838 ,the following described property, to-wit:
Apart of lots 21 and 22 of the subdivision of Section 29, Township 35 South, Range 39
East, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 23, St. Lucie County, Florida, being more partic-
ularly described as follows; From the Southeast corner of Lot 22 run South 89° 40' 2ti"
West 57,5 feet to the point of beginning, thence rtut North 00° OS' 16" East along the r
West right of way line for canal number 53 a distance of 643.71 feet, thence run South
89° 09' 39" West 473.26 feet, thence run North 89° 29' 42" West 1460.O.feet to the West
Line of the East one-half of said lot 21, thence run South 00° 11' S0" East 661.97 feet
to the South line of lot 21, thence run North 89° 40' 26" East 1120.53 feet, thence at
right angles run South 5 feet, thence at right angles run East 71.2 feet, thence at
right angles run North S feet, thence run North 89° 40' 26" East 737.65 feet to the point
of beginning. The above contains 28.724 net acres

PROVIDED, 110WEVER, that the security of The Federal Land Bank of Columbia as described in the aforesaid security
instrument shall, in all respects, except as to the premises hereinbefore described, be preserved and protected and that the lien
of said security instrument, except as hereby released and discharged. shall remain in full force and effect and the terms,
conditions and covenants thereof and of the note(s) thereby secured. shall remain unchanged.
