ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT
~ THIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the sworn
Petition of FRANK LOBE, as next friend and natural father of the
minor Plaintiff, MATTHEW LOBE, and FRANK LOBE, individually,
and the Court having considered the Record, heard the testimony
regarding the facts and circumstances surrounding the accident :
which is the subject matter of this suit, examined the exhibits
submitted and being fully advised in the premises, it is there-
upon,
ORDERED and ADJUDGED that:
1. The.neogtiations for the settlement of this cause

have been conducted by the parties hereto with the assistance -

~ and advice of their respective counsel of record with diligence -
and caution, so as to fairly compensate the minor Plaintiff..
2. The sum of $5,000.00 is to be paid by the Defendant
to FRANK LOBE, as natural father and next friend of the minor
Plaintiff, MATTHEW LOBE, as settlement in favor of the said
minor Plaintiff, for his damages, and that said settlement
is hereby ratified and approved.
3. The amount in controversy, the parties, the subject
matter of the said cause, and all other jurisdictional facts -
are found to be within the authority and jurisdiction of this
Court.
